We’re looking for fun-loving and enthusiastic applicants with ski/snowboard experience to join us on a working holiday at a beautiful European Ski resort.

You’ll be paid to look after our guests and provide an all-round amazing ski holiday experience, liaising between the party leader, hotelier and local ski school. In return, we’ll transport you to Austria, Italy or France; and provide uniform & equipment, along with accommodation and meals.

THE ROLE
As a Ski Rep, you’ll be the host with the most, doing your best to ensure your group has an amazing ski holiday, assisting the party leader in a range of duties including:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for your group, being available to them 24/7 to help with any enquiries, problem-solving and assisting with minor injuries
  • Supporting with check-in, accommodation queries and fire safety drills
  • Communicating the daily programme of events to the group
  • Working together with the hotelier, ski schools and entertainment providers to create an all-round amazing ski holiday experience
  • Observing the ski instruction delivered to guests, ensuring that ratios are adhered to and monitoring the quality of instruction
  • Being responsible for completing paperwork such as expenses & incident reports

Requirements

IS THIS YOU?

  • Previous experience working with groups of children and young adults
  • Experience of skiing or snowboarding in a European Ski Resort
  • Amazing interpersonal skills and a friendly, confident personality
  • Excellent organiser and problem-solver
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently complete required paperwork
  • Conversational German, Italian or French is a bonus but not essential
