We are a small, family owned chalet business that operates from Les Gets, France - part of the massive Portes du Soleil region. We are looking for someone who is friendly, hard working and has a genuine interest in other people to help run our chalets and manage our staff.
We base wages above average pay which includes your accommodation, food, ski and boot hire & liftpass . There is also potential to earn a decent end of season performance related bonus.
Duties would include but not be limited to:
-All aspects of guest management (visiting guests; troubleshooting; invoicing and taking payments for lessons etc).
-All aspects of staff management (supervising and organising staff to ensure our high standards are met; enforcing our disciplinary procedure when necessary).
-Liaising with company directors on a regular basis.
-Physical chalet duties (helping staff on changeover day if necessary, covering staff illness or absence when required).
-Keeping up-to-date basic company accounts.
-Dealing with suppliers, and maintaining good relationships with chalet owners.
