Description

For people with a financial background our hotel Finance Administrator is responsible for the day to day accounts of the hotel, supporting the Hotel Manager and UK departments.
 
You will need to be highly numerical, have an eye for detail and a good understanding of bookkeeping methods. This is a challenging role, vital to the financial success of the hotel and is at the same time a great opportunity to work as part of a close knit wider hotel team. 

Requirements

You would be expected to:
 
  • Have a proven track record within an administration field 
  • Be both numeric and accurate, ensuring that the highest quality of work is produced on a daily basis 
  • Have excellent knowledge of Word and Excel, with a proven ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures 
  • Have the confidence to speak with UK/overseas suppliers and staff on a regular basis, ensuring a constant flow of accurate information is provided at all times 
  • Be able to work under pressure and on your own initiative, sometimes in very demanding conditions and with long hours 
  • Preferably have previous overseas resort administration/rep experience 
  • Work as a team to ensure that all tasks are carried out on a daily basis and have a ‘hands on’ approach to all aspects of administration 
  • Provide your line manager with timely
