Join the Active Reps Team at Alpine Elements this summer!
As an Active Rep Manager you will lead a team of Active Reps to be the first point of contact for our customers when they arrive on their holiday, so first impressions are key! You will manager the team ensuring all aspects of the guest experience is delivered to the highest standards and that all KPI’s and targets are met weekly.

In resort you will also be the central contact and organiser for our guests activities holidays. As a passionate sports and activities enthusiast you will ensure our guests holidays are filled with fun and exciting activities throughout the week. From white water rafting to horseback riding, parapenting, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking and climbing you will liaise with our instructors and / or third party suppliers to ensure the activities run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. As part of the Resort Active Team you will run a program of activities suitable to your guests and the resort throughout the week. You will excel in and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service with a can do attitude.
