Our course is an intense 6 days in duration aimed at the less experienced cooks who want to work as a chef for a ski season. During that time we will develop and build your culinary skills to a level where you are confident and practised in preparing a weeks dishes from breakfast to cakes to a fantastic 4 course dinner. We try to maximise your time in the kitchen actually preparing the dishes that you are going to be cooking during the season.

Take the fast track to fantastic jobs at ski chalets, villas & yachts with Tante Marie, the largest independent cordon bleu cookery school in the UK. Our 4 week courses are practically based with lots of hands on experience.
