Work in the French Alps this summer!

The Hotel Chalet d’Antoine is a leading 3* hotel in the heart of Megeve in the French Alps.  We require a chef with initiative to enhance our breakfast offering, source seasonal produce, manage expenditure and produce cycle/athlete specific evening meals when we have groups in. You must also be prepared to work as part of the chalet team.

Requirements

We require candidates to be self-motivated, hardworking and dedicated individuals who are confident in their own abilities and have passion for cooking.  The chef’s principle responsibilities include preparing breakfast, staff meals and an evening meal for up to 30 guests to a very high standard.  When considering applicants we take particular note of qualifications and experience as well as a cheerful, friendly and confidant personality.  Excellent organisational skills and team work are essential.
