From booking a guest on to a beginner wind surf lesson, to assisting with a lost room key through to being the first point of contact in an emergency, it’s never a dull moment behind a Neilson hotel reception. With a professional manner at all times you’ll display excellent customer awareness and service.
Able to work under your own initiative you’ll ensure the reception is kept in a professional and appealing manner and take responsibility for liaising with all other areas of the operation in the relaying of information and taking personal responsibility.
As you’ll see, Neilson offer a whole array of activates so it’s essential you have a keen interest in these so that you can be educated and knowledgeable to the benefits of the guests. We’ll provide full training and the opportunity to learn the array of activities on offer, but you have to come with bags of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and put your learning’s in to practice.
