Job Description
As part of the Crystal Hotel Team you'll need inspiration and drive as you'll be delivering our customers a consistently outstanding food service. You are responsible for ensuring high levels of Health & Safety and Hygiene Control throughout the kitchen including meeting of all HACCP requirements. You will assist the Head Chef ensuring the catering team exceeds our customers' expectations within budget.Hours will be on a shift basis. Arrival and departure days will include early / late shifts due to flight times.
