Chalet Couples (Summer)

Description

Couple urgently required for an immediate start to host our  22 bed chalet in the village of Corvara in the spectacular Italian Dolomites.

Bracun sleeps up to 22, and would entail cooking for 30 people each night. As well as the domestic management of the chalet (cleaning, food ordering etc.) you would be making breakfast and a three course evening meal six days a week, with one full day off.

The emphasis is on creating a ‘home from home’ atmosphere and providing excellent ‘home cooked food’ to a dinner party standard: it has to be special. You would very much be at the heart of our guests’ holiday, eating with them each evening, and looking after them as if they were staying in your own home.

Daily help is provided by the rest of the chalet team during breakfast, morning room cleans and evening dinner service, washing up etc.

Requirements

It is essential that you can cook confidently and have a passion for food that you will enjoy sharing with various groups of guests.

We also cater for special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.), so flexibility and an ability to adapt your dishes at the last minute is essential.

Chef / Cook qualifications desirable but not essential.
