Chalet Couple

Description

We are currently seeking to employ a talented, professional couple to join our private, independently owned Luxury Chalet Company.

You will be independent with a mature attitude, able to cater for between 14-25 guests/staff with limited supervision. We are looking for a Chef who can be inspirational with local produce to create exciting gourmet menus and a host who will make our guests feel incredibly special on their ‘once a year’, ski holiday.

A good way to describe the service we provide is “friendly perfection”, and we do everything with perfection in mind. This is a job for a host and Chef who take great pride in maintaining a gleaming chalet and providing superbly presented cuisine, ensuring their guests feel welcome and relaxed at all times. Our chalets are very child friendly, so you must be too.

Requirements

The Chef will have an enthusiasm & experience for gourmet food and creative presentation for the adults, whilst keeping an interest in the nutritious value of children’s meals. You will also be used to providing these high standards with budget and food control in mind.

Quality orientated and reliable you will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to relate well to different types of people and enjoy making the guests feel that nothing is too much trouble.

The Chalet Host will have a passion for providing exceptional service, always putting the guests first and working hard to meet their needs.

You must be prepared to clean & tidy with vigour and enthusiasm in order to maintain the highest standards.

An EU passport or French Working visa is required for these positions.
