Chalet Chef

Description

We require a chalet cook for the 2010/11 ski season.

Are you an experienced cook /chef or do you have experience running a catered chalet? Ski Power have a fantastic chalet in the world famous resort of Courchevel that needs you.

The successful applicant will be expected to have extensive kitchen experience and importantly be comfortable with being completely responsible for the budget of the kitchen. You will be expected to produce food to the very highest standards both visually and with great taste.

Whilst Ski Power operate a set menu, we do expect our chefs to demonstrate flair and talent in the kitchen.

In the smaller properties the chef will also be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is provided to our clients. We are looking for the very best in the industry and our pay package is aligned appropriately.

You will be expected to: 

• Provide full breakfast, lay out afternoon tea, canapes and a 4/5 course evening meal 
• Prepare early meals for children 
• Assist with the cleaning
