Chalet Cook

Description

Looking for a varied role in the Alps? This role will mainly involve serving food, cleaning bedrooms and the chalet, driving guests and sometimes taking them on the mountain, offering great hospitality, service and assistance to ensure their holiday is memorable for all the right reasons.
 
Sometimes you will be preparing and serving for 6 to 9 people, a full cooked (6 weeks of season) and continental breakfast (all weeks), afternoon tea, and a 3 course evening meal. Cleaning of bedrooms and communal areas is ongoing. You will also be asked to undertake the chalet food shopping & accounting for chalet expenditure.

Requirements

• You must have high work standards, be customer-focused and motivated.
• Culinary skills showing flair and consistency.
• All applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and prior experience of minibus driving (preferably on the continent and in winter conditions)
• All applicants must have a full UK National Insurance Number, UK bank account and Passport.
