Do you have experience working as a Chef? Join our friendly Resort Team this Winter for a seasonal job with a difference! Our Chefs plan and prepare all the meals for our chalet guests in the best resorts in the Alps. As well as 3 course evening meals you will also be responsible for providing breakfast and home baked afternoon tea, menu design, resort shopping, stock control and housekeeping duties. The rest of the time you are free to enjoy the mountain lifestyle so there's plenty of opportunity to take to the slopes! |

Commercial catering experience plus a sound knowledge of food and kitchen hygiene.
Confidence to cook for up to 10 adults is necessary, qualifications are not essential, but a passion for cooking and presentation is a must.
A Driving Licence is an advantage.
The Family Ski Company provides staff with an excellent employment package. This includes your food and accommodation, full season lift pass, ski or snowboard hire, uniform (including ski jacket), return transport from the UK to resort, medical and personal liability insurance.
You will also receive a weekly wage, disclosed at the time of interview and an end of season discretionary bonus. All applicants must have a full UK National Insurance Number, UK bank account and hold an EU Passport. |
