Looking for a varied role in the Alps this Winter?

SnowChateaux is an owner-run ski chalet company operating in the snow-sure ski resort of Les Arcs. Offering traditional chalets with modern facilities, in a 17th century ski village in the middle of the worlds largest linked ski area - Paradsiki. Only 150 metres from the lift, there is a sauna, wifi, games room etc.

This is a varied role. Some weeks could see you predominantly dealing with communications form guets prior to their arrival in resort, another week may see you working in one of our catered chalets. Each week could include any of the following:

* Email contact with guests

* Answering general queries from guests regarding their forthcoming holiday (ski lessons, ski hire, ski passes, resort information, travel and service queries etc.)

* Gathering information on guests pre-bookable requirements in resort (passes, lessons, airport transfers etc)

* Sending of pre–arrival informative emails

* Liaising with company owner

* Dealing with in-resort customer service issues

* Chalet Hosting role or providing cover for chalet hosts that may fall ill

* Driving guests to the airport / train station / other driving duties

Requirements

* You must have extremely high work standards, be customer-focused and self motivated. Hospitality experience is desirable.

* All applicants must be computer literate to a satisfactory level and have experience in customer relations.

* All applicants must have a full UK National Insurance Number UK bank account and valid Passport.
