Breakfast Hosts/Cleaners

Description

We are now recruiting breakfast host/cleaner for the 2011/12 season!

You will be part of a cleaning team opening up all properties after the summer shut down.

This means cleaning all weekly & seasonal properties, ready for rental, then cleaning properties and making beds on daily basis.

The role also requires you to work in catered chalets making & serving breakfast, assisting chefs as a waiter/waitress & cleaner for evening meals, as well as general communication with guests.

Requirements

- Good cleaning skills & attention to detail
- Flexibility
- Waiting skills essential
- Ability to prepare breakfast including cooking bacon & eggs (various ways), porridge
- Ability to cook cakes at altitude
- Self-motivated as majority of your time is spent working on your own or with one other person
- Good people skills as you are front of house.
- Ability to work within a given time frame.
- Able to carry linen and a cleaning bucket to and from properties.
