Bar Supervisor, France. A brand new bar and bar area which is expected to be busy both lunchtimes and evenings. Working with a team to produce high quality service and revenue to achieve set KPI’s and bar income.

Requirements

You must have previous Bar experience (including wine service and cocktails) and be able to manage a small team. You will be required to take responsibility for stock rotation, promotions, up selling and meeting all KPI targets to ensure profibility.
