HEAD OF BAR POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN FRANCE
You will be responsible for running an efficientteam within budgetary controls ensuring all guests expectations are met duringtheir stay by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
To ensure the bar team are trained to providecourteous, efficient service to all guests and assist in the smooth running ofthe bar
Act as Duty Manager for the hotel when required
Prepare staff rotas in line with businessrequirements
Managing bar and terrace sales andmaximising profit
Ensure all cashing up procedures are completedaccurately after each shift and that all policies and procedures are adhered to
Take control of weekly stock take and ordering
You would need to be available from the end ofNovember to the end of April.
Requirements
You will have experience of working in a management or supervisory position within a Bar or Pub including stock control. You will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy, passionate about the hospitality/ski industry, excellent communication and customer service skills, previous man-management experience and proven ability to motivate others. Knowledge of French or Italian would be desirable not essential.
