Join the Skiplan Team this Winter!
You will report to the Hotel Manager and your main role will be to assist them in the day to day running of the hotel although this is a “hands on” role and you will be expected to work with your team, in all areas. It is an ideal role for those wanting more responsibility from a seasonal posistion.
You will be responsible for:
* Working as Duty Manager on a shift basis.
* Ensuring the restaurant service runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Overseeing the cleaning of bedrooms and public areas.
* Helping the manager with administration ie staff rotas
* Managing cleaning and laundry budgets.
* Maintaining a high level of client contact.
* Dealing with suppliers and tradesmen under the supervision if the Hotel Manager.
Requirements
Previous hotel experience required.
