Assistant Manager

Location: Various French Resorts

Description
You will work very closely alongside one of our Hotel Managers to ensure the effective and smooth running of a hotel operation. You will need to be a confident and outgoing person with excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work within a team is essential. Your duties will involve:
· To actively be involved in all aspects of the hotel operation and take a lead role when required.
· Good working knowledge of French
· Responsible for all staff members to ensure customer satisfaction targets are met.
· Work closely with all departments to maximise company revenue in all departments.

Requirements
Previous customer service experience essential
