Assistant Manager required to spend the winter in the Three Valleys!
You will assist the Hotel Manager in running our busy 40 room Club Hotel Le Verseau in Brides-Les-Bains. Overseeing a hotel staff of 11 and working closely with the manager, yours will be a very hands on role responsible mainly for hotel cleanliness and housekeeping, breakfast and dinner service, reception duties and guest relations.
Our weekend product is unique, you will therefore need to pull upon your previous hotel experience to continually motivate and encourage your team to achieve and sustain our weekly targets for customer satisfaction and sales.
More than anything you will need to be able to ensure our customers get the most from their holiday and be wow’d by both you and SkiWeekends. Cleanliness of rooms and public areas, efficient and friendly breakfast and dinner service, smooth running of our hectic transfers and a personal touch with all our guests are of the utmost importance to this role. Motivating a young team of hotel staff through a busy season can be a difficult task, but you will posses the leadership qualities and attitude necessary to keep them motivated and happy.

Requirements
* You will have at least 1 season's previous winter experience either as a hotel assistant or head chalet person.
* You will be confident, flexible, a good listener & leader and able to think clearly and rationally in a crisis.
* Conversational French is not essential but a bonus.
