ASSISTANT CHEF POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN FRANCE AND AUSTRIA

As an assistant chef your main responsibility is to assist the Sous chef in the
preparation and service of food maintaining high levels of hygiene and
cleanliness in the kitchen. Other duties and responsibilities include food
preparation and service of all meals alongside the Head Chef and sous chef cooking in support of Sous Chef, maintenance of hygienic conditions in the kitchen, abiding by local/European regulations, receive deliveries of food, check order is correct and store away correctly, ensuring stock is rotated, be aware of stock levels and assist in compiling orders as required


You would need to be available from the end of November to the end of April.

Requirements

You must have some cooking experience (pub, restaurant or hotel), with the ability
to adapt and learn. An understanding of Health and Hygiene requirements is also
required.
