Assistant Cook/Chalet Assistant for small hotel in Austrian Tirol
Ski Season 2010-11.
 
A fantastic opportunity for a young chef to gain experience in a small kitchen whilst spending a winter season abroad in Austria's fantastic SkiWelt. 

Enthusiasm and confidence essential along with the capability to provide well presented evening meals for 30-40 guests two evenings per week, offering a choice of three main dishes and one dessert.  Friendly working atmosphere.  Accommodation provided.
 
Working as part of a small team, you’ll also help in other areas of the hotel cleaning guest bedrooms, doing laundry, washing up, etc.

Requirements

You must hold an EU passport.  You should also have good communication skills, lots of common sense, a friendly personality and be physically fit.  Cooking experience is essential for this role and high quality cooking skills are expected.  Previous experience in other hotel work is not necessary but the ability to learn quickly, demonstrate a responsible and reliable attitude and to be dedicated to provide excellent service is important.
