Spend the ski season working in Val d'Isere!

Are you looking to further your skills and experience? We are looking to recruit an outstanding assistant chef to work in one of our luxury chalets. A fantastic chance to work closely with our acclaimed head chef, and learn from his culinary expertise.

You will be helping the senior chef to prepare all the meals in the chalet, including a 5 course dinner. Other responsibilities include order and checking deliveries, preparing kids meals and taking charge of breakfast on the chef's day off.

- Basic salary: £220 per week
- Monthly bonus: £20 in Dec
£30 in Jan
£40 in Feb
£50 in March
£60 in April
- End of season bonus: £500

Requirements
We look for highly motivated, flexible and hard working qualities in our staff – you must also have good attention to detail and extremely high levels of customer service.

You should have a minimum of 3 years experience, good communication skills, be creative and able to work on your own in a domestic kitchen as well as being a strong team player.
