Description

Waiting staff required onboard luxury cruise liners.

You will be responsible for all food and service related issues in your assigned station of responsibility and guest satisfaction.

Duties will include:

Serving guests to the highest standards set by the company
Being aware of any special requests and dietary requirements that your guests may require
Performing various other duties including embarkation duties, afternoon teas, and Captains cocktail parties, Buffet, room service duties

Requirements

Two years experience in a four or five star hotel/restaurant
Diploma from a recognised apprenticeship program, or equivalent.
Previous experience working for a Cruise Line
Competent English Language Skills
