To work on our waterfront it takes outstanding Instructors qualified in windsurfing.

As a member of the waterfront team you will be working with the best crew and using the latest craft and equipment to lead daily windsurfing sessions.

If you have what it takes we offer sponsored RYA training courses at the UKSA and also BWSF instructors courses for you to further your qualifications as a part of our new Mark warner Performance Pathway, and on the job training that will lead you on to a successful watersports career.

Requirements

All applicants must hold:

RYA Start Windsurfing Instructor (or above)
RYA Powerboat Level 2
ICC 
First aid qualification

You must have an EU passport, UK residential address and permanent British National Insurance number.
