Spend the winter working in a luxury chalet in France or Switzerland!
Ted Bentley stands for luxury. For the coming season we need to find a dedicated Resort Manager to oversee our chalet operation in Courchevel, France, and in Nendaz, Switzerland. Courchevel is a famous resort located in the Three Valleys, the world's largest ski domain with over 600km of pistes. Nendaz is a large and busy village, just over the mountain from Verbier, with over 400km of pistes in the Four Valleys ski region.
The Resort Manager is a pivotal role within Ted Bentley's operation. You are the chief point of liaison between the Company and our clients, and between the Company and our other employees. You will be required to liaise with Head Office on matters of finance, petty cash, weekly chalet accounts and general admin, as well as staff performance monitoring and discipline. It is vital to stay on top of these types of task during the course of a winter season.
We are offering the right Chalet Hosts a generous remuneration package that will include comfortable accommodation in the resort, free ski hire and a lift pass for the season, plus travel insurance and return travel to the Alps, a North Face jacket plus other items of staff uniform. A training week will take place prior to the season to ensure you are fully up to speed with the chalet's and the village's workings.
Requirements
You will need experience either of managing a ski resort holiday operation in the past, or at least two years working as a Chalet Manager or suchlike. You shoudl be customer focused, and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to admin and finance.
You will also need a full UK driving licence, a British passport and National Insurance number.
Experience of driving minibuses would also be a distinct advantage.
