Yacht Trainer

Neilson is dedicated to providing active holidays. We have over two decades of experience in operating exceptional sailing holidays. From beginners to experts alike - we make these holidays accessible to everyone. With our ever expanding fleet of yachts which we own ourselves, we operate sailing centres from several of our Beachplus Clubs as well as from our main base in Nidri, Greece. 

As a Yacht Trainer you will be responsible for the delivery of sailing instruction and providing excellent customer care to our Neilson guests to ensure the success of their holiday.

Working as part of a team you will teach sailing to guests of all ages and abilities following the RYA syllabus and Neilson programme, pro-actively provide assistance to ensure all guests obtain appropriate developmental skills, and assist in providing a safe and enjoyable working environment. You will need to organise and host social events, deliver briefings and interact with guests throughout their holiday.

You will need to have a can do attitude with a hand’s on approach to your work as you may be required to assist in other duties within the flotilla programme. You will need to be an excellent communicator, be highly self motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You will also need to be an excellent team player but with the ability to work independently.
