Resort Representative

Description

SkiWeekends requires a Resort Representative in the resort of Saas-Fee (Switzerland).

You will be responsible for all guest related services and issues at our contracted hotels in the resort. You will be the first and last person our guests see in the resort and are critical to ensuring they get the most from their holiday. From coordinating our busy transfer days and ski lesson groups, to leading our après ski events, to looking after our clients' safety whilst in the resort, the list is endless.

More than anything you will need to be able to help our customers get the most from their holiday and be wow'd by both you and SkiWeekends. In a perfect world there are no problems, in reality it is how you deal with problems that makes you stand out. You will have excellent customer service skills, enthusiasm, motivation and the ability to cope under pressure in stressful situations.

Requirements

This position is perfect for someone already stationed in resort that is looking for a well paying job for the winter season which does not involve a full-time commitment. Fluent English and a strong grasp of the local tongue is essential, as is a mature and pro-active approach to problem solving.
