Part of TUI Travel Plc, SkiBound is a tour operator specialising in school and adult group travel. We operate eight SkiBound ClubHotels in various resorts across the French Alps.
The diverse role of a SkiBound Represenative involves being the main point of contact for all our groups, ensuring that their holiday runs smoothly whislt providing exceptional customer service.
In this role you'll need to provide a welcoming, professional & informative service. The key responsibilities range from accompanying clients to and from the airport, organising of ski passes and ski equipment, assisting the guests with queries, providing a varied après ski programme, assisting our guests with their queries, giving informative and fun welcome meetings to our new arrivals and organising a varied evewning entertainment program. Not to mention being the fountain of all local knowledge!
Requirements
You must have:
* British/European passport
* UK/Irish bank account and Tax or National Insurance number
* Target sales experience for one year or more
* Excellent communicational skills
* Conversational French
* Experience of working with groups of children
* Ski experience
* Team player
* Friendly, enthusiastic and approachable manner
Previous experience of working in a ski resort would also be an advantage.
