Community Learning Disabilities Team work with adults aged 18+ who have a learning disability and are not able to manage without the right kind of support.
They offer help, support and advice on health, benefits, rights, housing, financial, family, education, legal and The team also assess the needs of family carers and help them support the person they care for.
We promise candidates will be paid competitive hourly rates to reflect their experience.

Requirements

Must have prior experience of working with Adult Learning Disabilities.

We require that that all social workers are fully qualified with a Degree in Social Work, DipSw, CQSW, CSS or equivalent social work qualification. We also require that you are GSCC registered and hold an enhanced CRB check obtained within the last 12 months.
