The villa host is the first point of contact for Scott Dunn guests and therefore this role is an important role in the delivery of the Scott Dunn service.

From our teams, we expect an attitude whereby 'Nothing is too much trouble'. You will be expected to fulfil the following responsibilities:

* Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest possible of “Scott Dunn” service
* Responsible for the delivery of the villa welcome speech and providing guest information
* Manage the day to day finances in the chalet with the chef and process information given by the London office
* Make reservations for chefs and hosts day off at a local recommended restaurant
* Make reservations for guests for activities and attractions and keep the information folder up to date with local information and attractions
* Be the first point of contact for the villa owner regarding all aspects of the property
* Maintain villa breakage and inventory information
* Manage all aspects of the property i.e air conditioning, shade by the pool, access to the property
* Assist in preparing breakfast, lunch, canapés and a four course evening dinner
* Serve and clear breakfast, lunch and dinner
* Ensure that tables are suitably laid at breakfast, lunch and dinner
* Ensure that the villa is always clean and tidy. This includes making beds, hoovering, cleaning bathrooms, sitting rooms, dining area and kitchen
* Purchase and manage all villa beverage stock such as wine, beer and mixers daily

Requirements

* Previous hospitality experience
* Relevant customer service experience * Experience in waitressing or house keeping
