Work a ski season as a nanny in the French Alps!

Your primary responsibilities will be to look after children when this service is required. You will also assist with changeover day at the chalets and/or Auberge at the weekend.

When there is no child-care requirement you will be asked to assist other staff at the Auberge and/or chalets as required.

The job will be very different each week of the ski season.

Requirements

You will ideally have a child care qualification and relevant experience, and have previous hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel or chalet. However, the most important thing is that you are willing and able to learn. You should be practical and have plenty of common sense.

You should be able and willing to work as part of a team, helping others as needed to ensure that the Auberge/chalets run smoothly, and guests’ needs are fully met. You should be friendly and outgoing. One of our strengths is our personal service and attention to detail. We expect our staff to put themselves out to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay.

A full, clean driving licence and working knowledge of French would be helpful. A valid working VISA for France is essential if you are not an EC passport holder.
