Ensuring the Customer Service desk provides all aspects of guest services to ensure all our guests have an enjoyable holiday. It is a very varied role where you will really put your customer service skills into practise; no two days are the same!
Duties include:
* Dealing with all guest enquiries, feedback, problems and complaints
* Providing hotel and local information and organising excursions
* Arranging car hire, booking restaurants and taxis
* Assisting in the organisation of airport transfers and airport duties
* General reception and administration duties
* Involvement in evening entertainment and Maitre'd duties
Requirements
We are looking for people who are passionate about customer service and it is therefore essential that you have some previous customer service experience in the travel industry. You must be very professional with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills. A good standard of spoken and written French or Italian is required to work in our resorts in Corsica or Sardinia.
We also recruit Accountants/Customer Service Officers for our resorts in Egypt, requirements as above plus some Accounting experience and/or qualification.
