Chalet Couple

Description

We're looking for chalet couples to host and cook in our chalets for up to 16 persons (depending on the specific chalet). Your responsibilities will include daily cleaning (no bed making), ski guiding one day a week when required, general care of clients, cooking breakfast (mainly self-service), preparing afternoon tea and cake, cooking a 3-course evening meal to dinner party standard.

The job is 6 days a week, giving you one well-earned full day off!

Requirements

You must be a mature (plus 24 years) and responsible couple. One of you must be a professional chef or have experience of cooking to a high standard as well as a passion for cooking.

We will give you some informal training at the start which is to help with menu plans and cooking tips – a recipe book is also provided of foolproof dishes we have used over the years.
