This role exists to assist the transport manager with all aspects of customer transportation within France and Switzerland.
Responsibilities will include planning the transportation of our customers to and from the airports for transfer day, communication of coach order to both suppliers and resort staff, keeping all information filed correctly for future reference, post transfer day invoice analysis and checking, working as part of an airport management team on a transfer day and assisting in general office functions when necessary.
The role is varied, but with a structure that is often absent from typical resort-based overseas roles. You can expect your working week to be 5.5/6 days on a split shift basis so you’ll have time to enjoy the fantastic skiing in the Chamonix region. A lift pass is provided as part of the package, as well as equipment hire and accommodation. |

The ideal candidate must be capable of thinking methodically to work efficiently and minimize errors/costs with previous experience of working within the travel industry. Knowledge of French would be a benefit, whilst advanced ability in excel and word are requirements. |
