Chalet Chef

Description

Would you like to work in a great kitchen, serve great food to our appreciative clients and on top of this be able to ski almost everyday from our ski in ski out chalet.

We are looking for a chef to work at our exclusive 12 bed luxury ski in ski out chalet, set on the piste in the beautiful ski resort of Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley. 
 
Your prime responsibility is to delight our guests with every meal, exceeding their expectations and tantalising their taste buds. Presentation and quality is of prime importance and you should be able to show a flair for creativity.

Requirements

Passionate about food, you should have acquired Chef de Partie as a minimum, be outgoing and friendly and have experience working in a four star or cordon bleu restaurant.

You will be honest, hard working, flexible and organised in your approach whilst working on your own initiative.

All applicants must be at least 21 years old (for insurance reasons) hold a UK/EU passport.
