Description

Responsible for managing a team of staff in resort and ensuring Powder Byrne maintains it's high standard of customer service.

Our Resort Managers lead from the front in all aspects of resort life, from organising activities to airport transfers.

A very challenging position, requiring excellent logistical and leadership skills, a positive approach towards resort work and the ability to trouble shoot.

Requirements

* Previous resort management experience (desirable).

* Full clean driving license, held for a minimum of 1 year (required).

* Experience in handling staff and sensitive issues (required).

* Functional command of local languages (desirable).

* Computer knowledge (required).

* Previous customer service experience (required).

* Previous relationship and client management (required).
