Description
Great skiers with exceptional customer service skills wanted! The Ski Managers job is to host skiers of similar standard, showing them the best runs and booking a mountain restaurant for lunch.

They are the primary point of contact for guests, picking them up from the airport, helping with ski hire, skiing with them during the day and being proactive in providing those little extra touches that set Powder Byrne above the rest.

This position requires a person with exceptional customer service skills, the ability to pass on their enthusiasm of skiing onto others and a high standard of ski technique.

Requirements
* Advanced level skier/snowboarder (a minimum of 20 weeks is required)
* Full clean driving license, held for a minimum of 1 year (required).
* Experience in handling sensitive guest issues (required).
* Languages (French or German) (desirable).
* Previous customer service experience (required).
