We are seeking to employ two drivers/kp’s/waiters to work at a stunning five star spa chalet in Morzine to provide a service whereby guests are able to move around the resort, to the slopes, visit shops, bars and restaurants at their leisure.
With 16/18 guests your key responsibility will be to ensure clients are taken where they request, making accessibility around Morzine easy. The role is strongly focused on delivering a high level of customer service.
* Transferring guests to and from the chalet.
* Arranging with guests departure and pick up times throughout the day.
* Transferring guests to and from Geneva airport.
* Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest level customer service.
* Clearing the snow from the drive as appropriate.
* Maintenance and cleaning of all communal areas in the chalet.
* Reporting any maintenance problems within the chalet.
* Hot tub cleaning and maintenance.
Your secondary role will be as Kitchen Porter (KP) to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the Kitchen during morning and evening service.
* Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen.
* Washing up duties.
* Assisting in the preparation of food in the kitchen.
* Ensure that all our guests benefit from the highest level customer service.
Your tertiary role will be service and waiting at breakfast and during evening meals as required by the shift Manager.
You will also be expected to be totally flexible assisting other staff members until all tasks are complete and filling as required on changeover day cleaning rooms and communal areas.
All your roles will be shared with another full-time employee. |

* Applicants must be over 21 years old
* Full clean driving licence
* Being the first person to meet our guests it is important you are well presented.
* Organised, highly flexible and pro-active
* Minimum of one years work experience in hospitality or customer services roles.
* Teamwork - working closely with the chalet team.
* Flexibility - nothing is too much trouble attitude and willing to help others when needed.
* Customer service - ensuring guests receive the highest possible level, mixing with guests if appropriate. Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to be proactive and take initiative, working on own but also working within Freedom Ski requirements. |
