Housekeeper/Staff Chalet Cook

Description

The housekeeper/staff chalet cook is responsible for preparing and serving evening meals for our staff and will ensure the accommodation is kept to a good state of cleaniliness and repair. This person will also be required to do some driving for guests during busy periods as a back up chauffeur.

As well as keeping the shared areas of the chalet as neat as a pin, the job includes budgeting, shopping, preparing and cooking evening meals for approximately 20 people. It will also involve driving for guests both in resort and for occassional transfers. It involves stock control and reporting this information back to the office.

An ability to work cleanly, with accuracy and efficiently is essential.

Requirements

Customer service experience is vital along with a full driving license and an ability to cook!
