PGL Travel Ltd is the UK’s leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for children. More than 250,000 young guests enjoy a PGL trip each year, and we’re looking for energetic staff team members to make that happen.
We’re looking for people eager to share their passion for sailing with our young guests. You’ll get to sail a variety of boats from our fleet including cats, picos, toppers, wayfarer worlds and long boats.
Sessions are held on the sea at our Mediterranean and Costa Brava centres, and on inland lakes at our locations in the Alps and Dordogne.
A minimum of the RYA Seamanship award is required for this role as we offer a comprehensive training course to give you the skills, expertise and confidence to do your job.
You choose the contract duration – from 12 weeks to the full season (April until the end of August). Early applications are advised.
If you want to take advantage of our free four-week RYA training and assessment course, you must be available from early April and ideally able to work the whole season. |

To work as a Sailing Instructor you do need to hold a minimum of your RYA Seamanship Award. We provide training and assessment programmes to help you gain your RYA AI, DI and SI. Positions also available for applicants holding their RYA Assistant Instructor, Dinghy Instructor and Senior Instructor awards.
You must be legally entitled to work in the UK. |
