Want to put your management experience to the test and work in the mountains this winter?

Ski Activity is looking for a dynamic, flexible and experienced manager to run the Hotel Christiania in Les Gets. Please note the Hotel Christiania is NOT a chalet hotel, but is a traditionally run French family hotel located on the edge of the piste.

The role involves the management of all hotel staff, organising work rotas, liaison with both UK office and Ski Activity resort staff, liaison with all suppliers, all aspects of personnel including training, managing and monitoring all hotel accounts, ensuring the hotel runs to our high standards, and dealing with any customer complaints. The job is 6 days a week, but the hotel manager will be expected to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for emergencies.

Requirements
Applicants must have previous management experience in the travel industry, full clean driving licence, fluent french, proven administrative, organisational and accounts experience. You must be a highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others.
