We are looking for a sous chef for the Hotel Christiania in Les Gets, a traditional French, family hotel, situated on the edge of the piste. Catering for up to 53 people, main responsibilities are assisting the Head Chef, baking cakes for afternoon tea and maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and food standards within the kitchen.*All applicants must hold an EU passport* |

Extensive cooking experience including baking, ability to operate under pressure, good team player, good organisational skills and budgeting experience are all requirements for the job. |
