Description
We are looking for fun loving, hardworking cooks to run our chalets across all our resorts.

Duties include:

* Looking after guests six days a week with a warm and friendly manner
* Preparing and serving cooked breakfast, cake for afternoon tea and a three course evening meal six days a week
* Welcoming new arrivals and bidding farewell to departing guests on transfer day, helping with luggage
* Keeping access paths and steps free of snow and ice at all times
* Monitoring chalet expenditure and complying with set chalet budget
* Communicating any staff/guest grievances to the Resort Manager so that immediate action can be taken
* Being a conscientious and flexible member of the resort team, assisting other team members as and when required.

Requirements
* Previous cooking experience
* Experience within the hospitality industry
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Self motivator
* Team player
* Good kitchen hygiene knowledge

Applicants must hold an EU passport, have a UK National Insurance number and UK bank account. All candidates should be mature and able to prove relevant experience /qualifications.
