Description
Work in La Tania, an idyllic village in the Courchevel region of the alps, with some of the wildest runs around!

We are currently looking for a chef for the winter 08/09 season.

You will be responsible for preparing breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal for our clients, stock control and ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy.

Working as part of the chalet team, you will also be required to assist with other chalet duties including.

Requirements
Skills and Experience Required:

You will require excellent catering skills with some related experience.

Previous experience of catered chalets preferred either as a host or a guest.
