Chalet Couple

Description

Can you create the perfect house party? If so we would like you to lavish love and attention on our chalet and its guests and to treat them as your own.

We are looking to recruit outstanding chalet couples to join our team of friendly, motivated and talented staff in our luxury chalets.

One of you will be required to manage 5 chefs, create a weekly standard menu for all chalets, weekly kitchen check, monthly report about chef performance, check & discuss all manifests with chefs before guest arrivals, meet all guests from all chalets each Monday with the Head of Operations.

The other will work as a Chalet Manager and will deal with all aspects of the guest's stay, serving meals, managing the rest of your team and helping with the housekeeping.

Requirements

* You have an exceptional eye for detail.

* One of you will have previous experience in a Michelin kitchen and a passion for gastronomy. The other experience of working in a 5 star hotel or lodge.

* You are able to lead and train a young team.

* You are a hard worker with a great sense of humour!

* It would be an advantage if one of you had the ability to speak conversional French.
