Driver / Ski Host

Description

We currently have vacancies for Driver / Ski Hosts for the 2011/12 ski season.

A Ski Power Driver / Ski Host has 3 primary functions. The first, which takes priority, is driving Ski Power vehicles. If a driving job is required, then this would be performed before other jobs. Primary driving is a schedule of Minibus Transfers and Shuttle Transfers every Saturday. 

During the week your role will change to Ski Host. You will be expected to have a high skiing/boarding skill level and local knowledge of the pistes would be an advantage. Full mountain awareness training is provided pre-season. At other times you will be asked to assist with basic maintenance tasks.

In return, Ski Power provide a competitive package, training, weekly wage paid monthly, accommodation, uniform, full area lift pass, equipment hire, end of season performance related bonus.

Requirements

You must be a confident driver with a clean driving licence. Candidates with a PSV licence will be given preference over other candidates.

You should also be an experienced skier and capable of confidently skiing / boarding any marked piste in any conditions.

Due to insurance restrictions you must be a min of 27 yrs of age to undertake this position.
