Description

Ski Power are recruiting for permanent member of staff

We currently have a vacancy for a hard working and self motivated administration/sales person. 

Based in the Uk with following primary responsibilities:

  • Keeping personnel files and ensuring all information is received from and by all prospective members of staff.
  • Data monitoring of Bonus schemes on a weekly basis in season to establish correct staff bonus for each person on a weekly basis
  • Chasing by telephone of "Fair Deal" Payments (Ski passes and Equipment Hire)
  • Administration of Lastminute Extranet and ensuring it is up to date for prices and availability whenever we change a price or receive a booking.
  • Administering the queue on Saturdays at Gatwick Airport and ensuring pre booked seat allocation is correct and that Ski Carriage charge is collected from all non prepaid clients.
  • Submission of Flight manifests to airline and last minute changes to manifests.
  • Weekly issue of Flight Tickets and Joining Instructions to clients 
  • Data entry of receipts into accounts system and associated reconciliation of bank accounts.
  • Data input of feedback forms
  • Occasional duties in France (circa 2 weeks per annum)
Hours
 
Monday to Friday between 01 April and 31 September - 4 hours per day 
Wednesday to Sunday Between 01 October and 31 March - 6 Hours per day

90% of the time work from home.

Requirements

  • Confident in using computers
  • Highly organised 
  • Ability to work in a paperless environment
  • Not frightened of telephone work and making outbound calls to clients
  • Professional, Presentable and confident
Broadband internet at home is a pre-requisite
