Description

Ski Power are recruiting for staff for the ski season.

If you are a qualified chef or have extensive commercial experience then Ski Power have positions available in two of the top resorts in Europe - Val D'Isere and Courchevel. 

You will be expected to:

+ Be responsible for the day to day running of the hotel kitchen
+ Have complete responsibility for the budget of the kitchen
+ Ordering and weekly shopping
+ Quality control
+ You will also be expected to oversee and assist with the cleaning of the kitchen.
+ Provide full breakfast, prepare cakes for afternoon tea, canapes and a 4 course evening meal
+ Prepare early meals for children

You will be expected to produce food to the very highest standards both visually and with exquisite taste. Whilst Ski Power operate a standard menu, we do expect our chefs to demonstrate flair and talent in the kitchen, adding their own panache to the menu.  We are looking for the very best in the industry and our pay package is aligned appropriately.

Requirements

Experience is essential for this role and very high quality culinary skills are expected.

We would expect the successful applicant to have a professional cooking qualification and be comfortable and experienced in catering for 40/50 people at each sitting.
