Overview: This is a demanding but very rewarding role, the key responsibility of which is to assist a talented and experienced Chef deliver a luxury chalet catering service of the highest possible standard.
Main Responsibilities
· assisting with the planning and preparation of breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and five course evening meal
· assisting with the catering of all client special dietary requirements
· assisting with all client requests for special occasions
· assisting with the planning and preparation of children’s meals
· food hygiene and general health and safety in the kitchen and dining areas
· liaising with colleagues regarding maintenance of all kitchen facilities/equipment
· assisting with the planning and preparation of staff meals
· deputising the Chef on days off |

Skills and Experience Required
This role would suit individuals with the following skill set:
· recognised catering qualification or extensive experience
· previous hospitality or customer service experience
