Overview: The main purpose of this challenging role is to assist the Maintenance Manager to ensure that each chalet is properly maintained throughout the season. The main emphasis of this role is on “preventative maintenance” to keep the chalets both fully functional and immaculately presented at all times.
Main Responsibilities
· regular reviewing and updating of maintenance lists
· internal painting and decorating
· minor plumbing and electrical repairs
· carpentry and furniture renovation
· vehicle maintenance
· regular spot checks of Jacuzzis, saunas and swimming pools
· weekly spot checks of computer systems
· health and safety checks and completing of corresponding paperwork general
· assisting clients generally with any queries or special requests
· occasional driving duties
· assisting with snow clearing
· regular communication with the relevant Managers to keep them up to date
· supporting and assisting other members of the overseas team in their individual roles

Skills and Experience Required
This role would suit individuals with the following skill set:
· previous maintenance experience
· computer literate
· full, clean driving licence
· conversational French or German (preferred)
